Shipping Policy

At Alhaya Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms, fees, and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Offers & Exclusions

• Free Shipping and other promotional shipping offers apply only to orders shipped via Standard Shipping to a single address within the contiguous United States.

• The minimum purchase amount required for shipping promotions excludes taxes, gift wrap charges, and Gift Card purchases.

• Offers may be upgraded to Premium or Overnight Shipping for an additional fee.

• We reserve the right to change or update the minimum purchase requirement for any shipping offer at any time without notice.

Surcharges & Domestic Restrictions

• A $25 shipping surcharge applies to customers located outside the contiguous U.S., including:

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Shipping offers do not apply to:

  • Furniture or oversized items which may incur additional handling or freight charges.

  • Orders sent to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO military addresses.

  • Orders shipped to multiple addresses: only the first address will qualify for the shipping offer; standard shipping rates apply to each additional address.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally; however, shipping charges will vary depending on location and carrier fees at the time of purchase.

• Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Alhaya Fashion does not cover or reimburse any international tariffs or import duties.

Shipping Carriers & Delays

• We currently ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic and international orders.

• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Alhaya Fashion is not responsible for any shipping delays, including those caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Additional Notes

• Certain large, heavy, or special items may bear an additional shipping surcharge, even if a promotional shipping offer is applied.

• All shipping fees, surcharges, and estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout.
