I had to choose different thobe coz at the kast moment they told me its not available ..and owner was arguing with me…that if i want white one i have to wait 2 months..so u have to hiy another one orr take your money back just before one night of eid … thobe is good but experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻never gonna order again

Your order was placed very close to Eid—just 2 days prior—during an extremely busy season when many items were already out of stock. Priority shipping was not selected. Upon realizing your selected thobe wasn't available, we informed you and offered a refund or alternative options in size or color.

Understanding your urgency and desire to have something for Eid, we even arranged a special Uber and personal delivery to ensure you wouldn’t be left without clothing on this special occasion. Despite the challenges, our team tried their best to support you.
